Gibberelin plant hormone, in crystalline form
The oldest known plant hormone, discovered in Japan in 1935. It has a wide range of effects on plants, e.g. it can be used to spray rice seeds to make them grow to very large sizes, to treat citrus fruits to produce abundant flowers, etc. However, its most important property in this case is to break the dormant period of dormant seeds, encouraging them to germinate immediately. It can be used in a wide range of concentrations (ppm-part per million), depending on other applications.
Uses:
By spraying.
Recommended dosage:
1g of product is sufficient to make 10-20l of spray.
Dissolve the product in 1 dl water first and dilute further.
